Why We Founded Spark Connect Core
In 2021, Master Electrical Instructor Lee Minjae noticed an alarming surge in electrical fires, melted sub-panels, and charred circuit breakers across domestic and commercial computing facilities throughout Gyeonggi-do and Incheon. In virtually every investigation, the equipment itself was not defective—the failures stemmed from fundamental electrical misunderstandings:
Standard domestic electricians and hardware hobbyists were applying residential intermittent load rules to continuous 100% duty cycles, running 15A circuits at 15A around the clock, failing to torque aluminum terminal lugs to manufacturer Newton-meter specs, and routing multi-conductor bundles without conduit fill derating.
Spark Connect Core was established as a dedicated technical training center in Gimpo-si to eliminate these preventable hazards through hands-on laboratory workshops, calibrated thermography, and rigorous calculation curriculum.
