Who This Course Is For
Target Audience & Prerequisites
Facility operators, HVAC technicians, and farm builders seeking to optimize heat rejection and prevent ambient-induced breaker tripping.
Recommended Prerequisites:
Completion of High-Draw Power Infrastructure Workshop or equivalent basic electrical knowledge.
Key Competencies
Core Practical Outcomes
- Calculate required cubic feet per minute (CFM) air changes based on total kilowatt heat dissipation.
- Eliminate hot-air recirculation loops that push breaker ambient temperatures above 40°C.
- Design negative pressure plenum chambers and exhaust louvers with minimal static backpressure.
- Implement real-time sensor placement for inlet air monitoring and high-temp emergency cutoff.
Detailed Syllabus
Curriculum Modules & Bench Schedule
Step-by-step breakdown of classroom engineering lectures and practical hands-on laboratory exercises.
