Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Workshop Enrollment Policy

Because Spark Connect Core maintains a strict cap of eight (8) participants per laboratory cohort to guarantee individualized bench time and instructor supervision, seat reservations directly affect facility preparation, electrical equipment calibration, and material provisioning.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Eligibility

If an enrolled participant or corporate client must cancel their workshop enrollment, the following refund schedule applies:

• More than 14 Days Prior to Session Commencement: 100% full refund of all tuition paid, minus standard bank wire administrative processing fees (not exceeding KRW 20,000).
• Between 7 and 14 Days Prior to Session Commencement: 70% refund of total tuition paid. Alternatively, the participant may choose a 100% credit transfer to any future scheduled workshop cohort within twelve (12) months at no penalty.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Session Commencement: 50% partial refund of total tuition paid. At this stage, custom laboratory consumables, test bench allocation, and printed field manuals have been dedicated to the reservation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may request one (1) complimentary session reschedule to a subsequent cohort date provided written notice is submitted at least seven (7) business days before the original session start date. Subsequent reschedule requests or requests made under seven days are subject to a KRW 50,000 administrative rebooking fee.

4. No-Shows and In-Session Withdrawals

Participants who fail to attend scheduled laboratory sessions without prior written communication ('no-shows') or who voluntarily withdraw after a workshop has commenced are not eligible for refunds. In cases of sudden medical emergency or documented force majeure, our administration will evaluate requests on a compassionate case-by-case basis to offer cohort transfers.

5. Custom On-Site Facility Training & Audits

For customized on-site corporate training engagements at client mining facilities:

• Initial scheduling deposits (typically 30% of project quote) are refundable up to 21 days before the scheduled on-site arrival date.
• Non-refundable items include non-recoverable travel bookings (airline tickets, dedicated equipment shipping) already incurred by Spark Connect Core instructors at the time of client cancellation.

6. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Spark Connect Core must cancel a scheduled workshop due to instructor illness, severe grid outages, or natural disruptions, enrolled students will receive the option of an immediate 100% full refund or priority transfer to the next available cohort date.

7. Refund Request Process & Processing Time

To initiate a formal cancellation or refund request:

1. Send an email to info@spark-connectcore.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Invoice Number] - [Participant Name].
2. State the specific reason for cancellation and provide bank account wire details for reimbursement.
3. Our admissions administration processes verified refund requests within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Refunds are issued exclusively via electronic bank wire to the original remitting account.
