1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Spark Connect Core (located at spark-connectcore.click) or by enrolling in any of our electrical safety training workshops, seminars, or laboratory courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Educational Scope & Nature of Services

Spark Connect Core provides specialized technical education, calculation methodologies, and laboratory demonstrations relating to continuous electrical load management and power safety for high-density computing and cryptocurrency mining facilities.

All information, calculation worksheets, and safety guidelines provided during our workshops represent educational instruction based on recognized engineering standards (including KEC, IEC, and NEC). Participants remain solely responsible for verifying local electrical codes, obtaining required local building permits, and hiring licensed electrical contractors for physical modifications to live electrical utility connections.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All instructional curriculum, laboratory exercise manuals, printed field guides, calculation templates, technical articles, and website graphics are the proprietary intellectual property of Spark Connect Core. Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use provided materials for their internal facility operations. Commercial redistribution, unauthorized recording of classroom sessions, or re-publishing of curriculum materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Laboratory Conduct & Physical Safety Rules

Participants attending in-person sessions at our Gimpo training center must strictly comply with instructor safety directives, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) provided at the facility, and adhere to Category III/IV electrical safety boundaries. Spark Connect Core reserves the right to immediately dismiss any individual from the laboratory whose actions compromise participant safety.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South Korean law, Spark Connect Core, its instructors, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the application or misapplication of electrical concepts outside our supervised laboratory environment. Operating high-voltage and high-amperage electrical systems carries inherent physical risks that require certified professional execution.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all related educational agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
